September ist die Stadt verpflichtet, Informationen von allgemeinem Interesse \u2013 also z. B. Gesch\u00e4ftseinteilungen, T\u00e4tigkeitsberichte, Amtsbl\u00e4tter, Studien, Gutachten, Umfragen oder Vertr\u00e4ge zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen \u2013 auf voecklabruck.at bzw. ab 1.12.25 im Informationsregister data.gv.at. Gleichzeitig hat die Stadt die passive Informationspflicht, d. h. B\u00fcrger:innen auf Anfrage Zugang zu amtlichen oder unternehmerischen Informationen einer Gemeinde zu geben, und zwar schriftlich, m\u00fcndlich oder telefonisch.
