Der Gemeinderat hat daf\u00fcr Rahmenbedingungen hinsichtlich Bebauungsdichte und Erhalt des Baumbestandes durch die Verordnung eines Neuplanungsgebietes beschlossen.<br>Die Planung, die bis zu 45 Wohnungen und ein Lebenshilfe-Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4ude umfasst, wurde erneut im Gestaltungsbeirat im Juli besprochen. Hauptpunkte waren der Schutz des Baumbestandes und ein vorliegendes Verkehrsgutachten.
