Moderatorin Lisa Gadenst\u00e4tter initiierte die Durchf\u00fchrung dieses 1968 von der Lehrerin Jane Elliott entwickelten Experimentes. Teilnehmer*innen werden v\u00f6llig willk\u00fcrlich in zwei Gruppen geteilt (in diesem Fall in blau\u00e4ugige und braun\u00e4ugige Menschen). Die eine Gruppe wird stetig schlechter behandelt, herabgew\u00fcrdigt und blo\u00dfgestellt, w\u00e4hrend die andere Gruppe mit Vorurteilen, Machtgef\u00fchlen und Solidarit\u00e4t gegen\u00fcber dem Trainer geimpft wird.<br>Wer sich ansehen will, wie schnell Empathie und Zivilcourage zugunsten von \u00dcberlegenheitsgef\u00fchlen schwinden und wie populistische und diskriminierende Mechanismen ihre Wirkung entfalten, sollte sich diese Dokumentation nicht entgehen lassen.
