Ziel ist die \u201eSicherung einer geordneten Bebauung, insbesondere betreffend die Regelung der m\u00f6glichen baulichen Verdichtung. Weiters soll die gestalterische Charakteristik des Gebietes erhalten bleiben. Die charakteristischen Fassaden in der Jungmairgasse (Kr\u00fcppelwalmdach, im Erdgescho\u00df kleingliedrige Schaufenster) sind als Ensemble zu erhalten\u201c. Leider wurde es verabs\u00e4umt, beim ehem. M\u00f6belhaus auf einen R\u00fcckbau und die Herstellung der historischen Fassade zu bestehen. Dies war in der einstimmig vom Gemeinderat beschlossenen Studie zur Auslotung st\u00e4dtebaulicher Potentiale aus dem Jahr 2017 empfohlen worden.
